Order Management

Framework Engineering also collaborate with customers to manage their sales order effectivery by designing or customising the designs, supporting with cost effective quality material sourcing and developping the methodology for mass production to achieve the desired quality plans and meet the target delivery schedule.

Our collaboration with the client works as an extended arm of their organisation for performing the activities.

Order management for clients are done in two ways :

  • By outsourcing the set of activities to Framework
  • By having dedicated engineers for each client (headcount as per agreement)
After receiving an order in an engineering context, the following activities may typically be done:
  • Review the order :
    The first step is to review the order to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and includes all the necessary details. This includes reviewing the product specifications, delivery date and any special requirements.
  • Design and development :
