Valve Engineering

Framework Engineering provides various services for valve manufactures or traders in the field of design & development, application engineering, sourcing and QMS documentation, based on customer specific requirements and complying to International standards such as API, ASME, ISO, BS, DIN,JIS, EN etc.

We collaborate with our customers to get the most innovative, functional and cost effective valve solutions & designs. We are committed to providing consistent, responsive and personal attention that each customer deserves. Our focus is always to support our clients with best and optimized design, so that manufacturing and marketing the product becomes easy.

We are optimizing the valves designs with the support of engineering calculations for all the critical components. Along with the engineering calculations, on request, we perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assure that the design is adequate to the design pressure and temperature. Further Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is also done on the valve assembly to obtain the critical parameters such as flow velocity, pressure at outlet, flow path and flow rate. The simulation values can further be validated with physical testing of the valve at the lab or at client facility.

Valves such as Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly, Plug, Piston, DPCV etc. have been designed for our existing customers, with 800+ designs available at this moment.

  • Engineering Calculations (MS Excel)
  • Other Engineering Document upon Customer Request
